BLESSH collects personal information in several ways when you place an order or register for services offered by BLESSH. By registering you accept the collection of your personal information by BLESSH. In order to process your order, check for fraud and complete your order, we need to collect and store the following information for each order placed; your name, e-mail, home, shipping and billing address and phone number.
What do we do with your data?
It is very important to know that we handle your data with the utmost care. This data is stored securely and is not accessible to unauthorized persons. Your data will only be used internally at BLESSH unless we need to give it to someone else. If that is the case, we make sure that they handle it as securely as we do. We use your data for various purposes such as processing your order and providing you with appropriate offers to suit your needs.
We do not intend to collect data from website visitors who are 16 years of age or younger, only if they have parental or guardian consent. Credit card and bank details will never be shared with third parties and are only used to process your order. Credit card information is encrypted and is not visible to BLESSH employees.
In addition, we collect information about website traffic, wish lists and other commercial information which we use to map consumer patterns which we use for internal research, marketing purposes and to customize our website to better meet our consumers' needs.

We have a subscription policy when it comes to e-mail communication. When you subscribe to our newsletter, BLESSH.com will occasionally send you an e-mail. After subscription, it is also possible to unsubscribe from our e-mail database at any time. Customer Service
You can reach us by email, Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp and chat. We can also be reached by phone. To help you quickly, we look up your details in our system so we can answer your question or find a solution as quickly as possible. We also analyze these contact moments so we can improve our service and serve you even better next time.
Newsletters
To stay informed about the latest collection and best promotions, you can subscribe to our newsletters. We ask for your interests so that we can send newsletters that meet your needs and wishes. We also ask for your date of birth, so you can receive a nice present on your birthday. We send the newsletter about twice a week, with the exception of (discount) promotions.
Actions & contests
Would you like to participate in a promotion or contest? Please leave your name and email address so we can execute the action and announce you as a possible prize winner! Your details will only be used for the action in question unless otherwise stated.
Social media
If you contact us via social media, we do not store any data about you.
Business customers and partners
We also store data of our business contacts but handle it just as carefully as the data of our other customers. If we carry out an assignment for you, we use the personal data for a quotation or invoice, for example, and to make appointments.
Fraud
We hope never to have to deal with fraud but should it become necessary, we use customer data to prevent and counter fraud. If it is necessary, we must pass data to government agencies.
Pay (afterwards)
If you have succeeded on our webshop and want to pay for your order, you will enter a secure payment environment to complete your purchase. If you pay with iDEAL, your details will be stored in our records so we can easily process any returns. Do you prefer to pay by credit card? Then you will be redirected from our secure payment environment to an external payment environment.
Should there be any unpaid invoices, we will forward your details to a collection agency and/or bailiff who will handle the further processing.
Personal advice
If you visit our webshop or follow us on social media, we like to keep track of what you like. We like to give you personal advice through ads on Facebook or Instagram, for example. We do this using cookies.
